Shipping Policy/Turnaround Time

We offer USPS priority shipping. Please allow 2 business days for internal processing. Once processed you will receive an email confirming shipment with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days after receipt of this email for your order to arrive.  Please ensure shipping address is correct upon check out.

Please note: During seasonal sales and peak holidays shipping time frames can increase to 4 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for your receipt.

Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying new products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, please return unopened/unused item(s) within 10 days of receipt to Naturally Flawless LLC P.O box 1321 Hammond, Indiana 46325. Refunds will NOT include shipping cost. To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern and order number at info@naturallyflawlessskincare.com.
